Intensive English Program (IEP)

Testing & Placement

When a student arrives he/she will take an initial in-depth placement test. Based on the student's scores from the test, the students are being placed in appropriate classes for oral communication and general English. Students who desire assistance with completion of the application forms can contact the ESL services at SDUIS.

Placement tests are given on Thursdays at 2pm. The placement test take 75 minutes followed an orientation of the school. If you need to make special arrangements please contact the ESL office.
