Students are also welcome to come by the school for a free tour and to apply anytime from:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Forms can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to SDUIS.

A potential student must complete the Admissions Packet and also submit the following:


F-1 Student Visa

- Application form
- $75 application fee
- Bank Statement (must show minimum of US$1,500 in account)
- Sponsor form (if bank statement is not in your name)
- Transfer form (if transferring from another US school)
- Photocopy of passport


Non F-1 Student Visa

- Application form
- $75 application fee
- Photocopy of passport


Students entering the US through SDUIS

- Application form
- $75 application fee
- $300 Abroad booking fee
- $60 I-courier fee (mailing of I-20)
- Bank Statement (must show minimum of US$1,500 in account)
- Sponsor form (if bank statement is not in your name)
- Photocopy of passport

Once all forms are received we will mail you your I-20 form, letter of acceptance, and receipt for payment.

In order to apply for your student Visa (F-1 Visa),

  • Pay $100 SEVIS Fee: Go to the website below. Pay the fee, and print your receipt BEFORE you go to the visa appointment at the U.S. embassy. Take your receipt with you to the embassy appointment. http://www.fmjfee.com
  • Make Appointment with U.S. Embassy: You will need to get an F1 Student Visa. Take these documents with you to your appointment
  • SDUIS letter of acceptance
